Engineer - Full Time


Job Description

  • System administration and maintenance

  • To troubleshoot of any issues related to server/backup/storage/network

  • To ensure IT system compliances such as software and server licenses

  • Handle server/backup/storage/network hardware & software procurement, installation, and security hardening

  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends

  • Strong customer service ethos

  • Ability to work well with people

  • Strong communications skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients

  • Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in computer science
